TrackLogPro - Dropbox Integration

What We Access:
TrackLogPro uses Dropbox solely to store and sync your flight tracking data. We only access files created by TrackLogPro (flight logs in JSON format). We never access any other files in your Dropbox account.

How We Use Dropbox:

• Upload flight tracking data (breadcrumb trails, telemetry, flight metadata) to your personal Dropbox account

• Download previously saved flights for replay and analysis within Microsoft Flight Simulator

• All data remains in your Dropbox folder under /Apps/TrackLogPro/ - you own and control it

Authentication & Security:

• We use OAuth 2.0 authorization (you explicitly grant permission via Dropbox)

• Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely in Firebase Realtime Database

• Tokens are never exposed to unauthorized parties

• Communication uses HTTPS encryption

Data Sharing:

• We do not share, sell, or access your Dropbox files beyond what TrackLogPro creates

• Your flight data is never sent to third parties

• Only you can access your synced flight logs

Your Control:

• You can revoke TrackLogPro's Dropbox access anytime at https://www.dropbox.com/account/connected_apps

• Revoking access will not delete your existing flight data in Dropbox

• You can delete flight files directly from your Dropbox at any time

Data Retention:

• Authorization tokens are stored until you revoke access

• Flight data remains in your Dropbox indefinitely unless you delete it

• We do not retain copies of your flight data on our servers

• Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card details)
